What are your must have design tools?

So I’m new to software development and design. I wanted some advice on which software kit I should use in terms of how challenging it is to learn to use it properly and the efficient implementation of design patterns.

Eclipse or Intellij? Azure RP, Adobe XD or other? Spring framework? Etc
