I started /r/ProgrammingPals a few months back to meet developers that are interested in collaborating remotely to build and ship awesome software. I'm professional software developer with a few years of experience, and I figured I wasn't the only one that has been caught in periods of isolation wanting to connect and build cool software with other folks. So far I can say it's made me a better developer through new learnings and the opportunity to lead remote dev teams. If you've found yourself in the same space check out he group or reach out to me maybe we can find something to work on.
