Thoughts on Software Development Firms (for custom project)

I'm looking to hire a software development firm for an fintech-related project. I'm looking at a few different firms (some of the main ones are S-Pro, Fingent, Merixstudio, IntellectSoft, and STXNext). All of these firms have most of their programming offices abroad in India, Poland, or Ukraine, and a few also have a few US offices for management. Does anyone have experience using any of these specific firms, thoughts on code quality for this type of firm, or any other fully US-based software development firms to take a look at?
