License management solution for enterprise mobile products.

Hello Developers,

We are developing a mobile application product for enterprise companies. Our dev team has done the core features and I started looking for the following features related to licensing management.

1. License Subscription process management
2. Unique License key generation
3. Track the list of customers associated with the type of license they purchase
4. Track the license period and credit points for each user
5. force disable the application once the license has expired

Do we have to build those features from scratch? Is there any existing platform that can provide such kind of functionality with the least technical effort?
