Development question about what technology would work best.

Hi everyone, (1st post in this subreddit). Please forgive me if this is not allowed.

I am trying to determine what technology would be best to sit as a user interface and on top of several different services and applications running on a linux container.

You would log into the dashboard (in question above) via URL, then you would be guided through a bunch of different options where the dashboard would interact with the underlying services and applications and cause them to do something and possibly show the results of that applications output, etc. (I hope this makes sense)

So my ultimate question is what technology/dashboard would be best for this?
