So, the project is a web app. Front end dashboard with 1 or 2 tables behind it on the back end. Probably 10ish endpoints. There are technically 3 types of users including admins. They’ve said that if it’s too costly/going to take too long we can just focus on one set of users and the admins. We’re doing this on AWS so I’m probably going to set up their VPC for them as well as their DNS, and obviously authentication. I’ll handle monitoring/alerting as well because I wouldn’t build anything without it. Everything will be built with a staging/prod environment using infra as code (still deciding between CloudFormation and Terraform). That’s again just how I do things. I wouldn’t want to develop anything without a staging env.
