Hi all,
A few months ago I and my partner started an agency for software development contractors and the building of dedicated development teams. You know, the typical case for a starting agency. It started naturally. We had few recommendations from partners and people we've worked within the past and are happy with our services. All is good and we do have our long-term clients. Our key selling point is that we build the teams in a European market which is famous for the good ratio for cost/quality. I mean experienced developers with 4-6 years of experience could cost between 2500 – 4500$ monthly.
Having said so, we understood in the process that we grow very slow and difficult outside of our recommendations and referrals. Why? We don't have a sales pitch. Honestly. I know that this sounds like the worst, but when you got hot leads somehow you don't think about the sales funnel for the future.
So, I wanted to reach out to more people from other tech companies and ask something that sounds simple but actually is not. When does your company hire contractors and why? And what are the key pain points you'd want a company like ours to address as a solution?
I'd really appreciate answers and some directions. š
Thank you all in advance,
George
