How do you deal with computer use headaches and eye strain? Do you just accept the pain and power through it?

I have really poor eye sight even with glasses. I have problems with headaches and eye strain.

Do you also suffer from this? Should you just accept the pain and power through it or how do you deal with the headaches and eye strain?
