Visual simulation of vehicle+parts?

I'm new here and have 0 experience with coding w/ the exception of VB back in college. I've had this idea on the backburner for the longest time.

Loooong shot but is there such software or tool that has the capability of dropping in the vehicle you want, pick the parts/configurations, and output the ideal model for visualization based on its criteria? So for example, I select a 2015 Toyota 4Runner, drop down to the suspension and select Fox 2.5 coil overs, drop down to tires and select the brand/model, drop down to cosmetics, etc.

So similarly to racing games such as Gran Turismo where you can see the changes once the part is purchased. God I'd buy it for $50 or even $100 if this was ever a thing. Or a subscription if the software is continuously updated w/ the new parts.

I can see this as a huge benefit to the 4×4 community and tuner as it will generate ideas; basically planting the seed in the consumer. I see it as a Win-Win-Win for the dev, the property owners, and consumers
