Help?

Hi Reddit, I’m fairly new to software development, I currently have a website that has large amounts of traffic, website went public not to long ago. Traffic is increasing a lot to the point where the website is barely functioning, how can I increase traffic capacity and website traffic tolerance? Do I need a small scale data center? TIA
