Any tool to create front end which calls rest apis. This is for poc/mvp and for a novice in front end

Need to create front end for a.couple of flows which calls rest apis ( think add a customer. Add an account). Any quick way to do this using an existing tool .

Not familiar with js but probably need to integrate with some js/html and rest api on backend
