Native or Cross-Platform Mobile Apps?

Hey, cross-platform technologies are evolving at a tremendous speed and provide developers with many advantages in terms of speed and development cost. However, it seems to me that native applications are still better because they are more user-friendly and productive. Here you will find why I think so.
