Where do you find your engineers?

Since last year my company has gone through some huge changes, including going completely remote and being much smaller/leaner in number of engineers. I’m really curious to know how people go about sourcing new engineers? Traditionally we’ve always gone through recruitment agencies, but I know there’s plenty of other routes, such as stack overflow jobs… I’ve just never used any other methods.
