Agile development – System Analyst

Hi Guys,

I was wondering if you all have System Analysts or SANs in your team? So basically a SAN in our company takes care of driving grooming/ refinement , coming up with quick prototypes along with senior dev, she’s responsible for doneness check and the Product owner goes around to customers and gets real world problems that they face.

What is the role of a SAN in your teams? That’s is , if you have one.
