Tech stack used by other companies

Hi, guys.

Is there any way to find out what tech stacks ( The programming languages not analytic tools or ….) mobile app companies are using?

I tried a couple of online tools but what they show you is analytics tools or sometimes type of cloud providers, other companies are using. But not What frontend, backend framework, or Third-party APIs.
