Learning resources for Business Analyst Beginner

Hi,

I recently started working as a BA at a software company. I would like to know about the various software development and engineering processes without getting too much into coding. I just wanted to know “what’s what”, workflows etc.. So, pls suggest me any online courses or blogs or videos regarding that.

I’m a business graduate so my programming knowledge is not good.

If you can’t come up with specific resources, at least let me know of what are the things that I should be knowing (contents).

This role will eventually progress into a product owner profile.
