My manager gave me a task to estimate an uprgrade of an AnglularJs mid to large size business application to latest Angular 12. Before going in details how to do an effective estimate, I would neet to know if the upgrade would be a challenging and long task, but resultive at the end, or the upgrade does not make sense at all, and probably will result in many efforts spent without a functional delivery.
