This question is for anyone who can offer insight to what is important to hiring and making sure a junior engineer is successful with a company. My company is wanting to hire a junior developer (likely from a boot camp) and I was asked, “what can we provide to a junior dev, to make sure they succeed here?”. It was a great question but I honestly haven’t been a junior dev for a while and thought hearing from others would be helpful. What would a learning path be for someone so that we don’t let a new engineer flounder? Any suggestions and advice is very much appreciated
