Does anyone know any booking system dashboard software?

is there a booking system dashboard software that has many different sub-users inside it that can be integrated with a WordPress website?

I’m not a tech guy but I’ll try and explain, I currently have a website that offers bookings and real-time appointments, but I want to upgrade it to another form. I want to have a booking system dashboard software that can be input in the company’s office. That has features like “calendar, booking timing, and general analytics” that can be integrated with my WordPress website so the bookings can easily be placed in the dashboard in real-time.

I tried building it from scratch with developers, but they all took advantage of me because of my lack of knowledge in tech, so eventually, it was a waste of money, resources, and time. 6 months all went down the drain. The deadline is near for me to introduce it to our vendors, so I’m trying to do anything to at least have something ready.
