Best way to store information regarding the problems that you have solved?

I am working in a company where sometimes I spend days solving a problem but I also want it to be saved somewhere privately because right now the only place where I am storing it right now is the private issue of the company on GitLab which will not be accessible once I am no longer part of the company.

Please suggest me a way to store my information that can be easily accessible and understandable later.
