Communicating with your boss for tech people

You can't put Python code in a C++ file and expect it to work. I mean there are ways to find a workaround, but you get what I mean right? The languages are different. You understand hardware, software, general technology, but your boss does not. If you need something like new hardware you have to put it in terms your boss can understand because he's technically inept. Your job is to understand hardware and software. His job is to increase profits. Explaining how a new GPU will increase productivity, efficiency, and profit can bridge the gap in communication.

He's too stupid to learn your language which unfortunately means you have to learn his $$$. After all he is still trying to figure out how 1001 is less than 15.
