New and lost (software development)

Hello, just another noob hoping for direction/advice for becoming a software developer. I currently know nothing about software development/languages and I would appreciate if someone could answer a few questions I have

1) The area I am looking into is Metaverse, Cinema 4d plugins, Unity etc, so I guess my question is which languages are best to learn for this?

2) Where are the future jobs (speculation) for software developers?

3) Which are the best resources to learn software development?
