Hello!
I currently work as a IT Systems Administrator with no degree. A large majority of job listings in my area won't even look at your resume without a degree. I was recommended to look into Cybersecurity or Software Development (C#) at WGU and I'm torn between the two.
~Software Development C#~:.
-I have been taking Web Dev and Python courses on Udemy and I have found typing out code to be pretty fun. It's like playing a Piano and creating something at your fingertips. I also type extremely fast without error.
Q: Why would you recommend this degree over CyberSecurity?
Q: Do you feel overworked, stressed, burnt out, or in work mode 24/7 from a career in Software Development?
Q: Do you work remote?
Q: Can you freelance with C# alone?
Q: Are you paid well?
Q: Will there always be a demand for this career?
