KOSMIC – A code activism manifesto

I've jotted down a short document on what I think are the main pillars of code activism.

I've named it KOSMIC and it stands for Kindness, Open Source, Mentoring, Inclusiveness & Conferring.
My intention is for it to serve as a rough guide during hackathons, hackergartens, meetups and conferences.
