Looking at hiring a QA engineer for our company. We currently have 2 fairly efficient devs. 1 FE and 1 BE. We work in 2 week agile sprints. I am trying to decide between hiring a full time or part time position for QA. I would prefer full time, but not sure we have the work for them. What’s your experience in ratio of QA to development?
