Is it legal to work in 2 full-time remote SWE (new grad) jobs?!

Hello World, I want to ask has anyone here worked 2 full-time remote (new grad) Software Engineering jobs? I’ve done couple internships in past and what I’ve realized that working 2 full-time remote SWE is doable because most fresh grad SWE’s spent less than 8 hrs coding or working for the day. I’m curious to know if it’s legal to work or does it effect the background check? Especially, when one has a lot of new grad SWE offers?

It’s hard to reject a good paying offer letter that you worked hard for, haha. I’m sure someone can relate to it. Working in a SWE company that’s super chill at working hours, I think is doable.

Also, it’s a smart way to seek more knowledge and make great money, I guess. I don’t know if it’s legal to work? And I’m sure IRS doesn’t really care during end of the year tax return.
