Hi all,
A while ago I build a tool for a client which manages on/offboardings in their company. The app requires templates of tasks to be entered in the database.
I made sure this could be done by admins in the tool. Since I'm still doing technical support for the client, they're expecting me to do new data entries like new templates and the translation in different languages of these templates. This is very tedious work and can take hours.
I don't feel like this is something a developer should do, since I provided a way for the admins of the company to do this. Now the company is complaining that I'm not doing my job.
How should I handle this? Thanks!
