Ideas for school digital yearbook display

So I'm the technology director at our local high school, and I'm trying put some digital signage out in our lobby that would let alumni and other visitors view past graduating classes. What I'm looking for is a software for that. Maybe I'll have to have one built for it, but I'm really not needing anything too specific. I have all the classes in JPG images so it needs to be an interactive directory of some sort. Any and all suggestions would be helpful. We'll most likely be purchasing some sort of interactive flat panel to use for this.
