Platform advice for a NOoB please

Hey, so apologies if this is not the right community but here goes; I’m wanting to put together a platform that I can share with people so that they can create little journeys/timelines of experience, interactions etc. I need to interface to be super user friendly with lots of visuals. Because of the personal nature of info it needs to be Hippa compliant(I’m based in Canada) and I need to be able to access the inputted data. I’ve looked at platforms like Miro (too complicated for what I need) or shared forms(far too dull) Does anyone have any recommendations?!!! TIA 🙏🏻
