Help me with my one of my school works pls

Hello, I’m so sorry if this isn’t the place for this but can anyone help me do one of my school work, I really don’t know what to do and I’m panicking lol

The instruction : “create an application or program intended for the operation of your desired company. the program should perform the input output operation. Provide an screenshot of each function of the final program”

I know I’m probably asking for too much help but pls, I’ll appreciate any help that I can get. It doesn’t have to be too complicated or complex, just basic stuff as long as it fits the instructions/requirement.
