Meditation is the thing that has been helping me a lot to go through difficult days, meaning days full of complicated and often very mentally exhausting tasks. Sitting and breathing and focusing on relaxing between Pomodoro sessions is a huge game-changer for me. There is a lot of content on youtube and apps like Headspace and Calm.
I just needed to share this here because this can save your productivity and your health in general. It has been working well for me!
