First time software developing

Hi everyone,

I'm looking to create and develop my own program where it has its on graphics and UI,

Something that I can download onto multiple computers and everyone can use,

Here's the current knowledge I have:

– Python is the easiest to learn

– use IDE like visual studio code

only problem is I don't know where to start and what programs to use
