team members without the right skills?

How will you manage this scenario… Team JS was dissolved. They are mostly frontend JavaScript developers who did SDK type of work. Since they don't have a place any more, they were forced to join a "backend" team, let's call Team Ruby. Team JS people have zero knowledge in Ruby. They were also not provided trainings.

You are the manager of the Team Ruby. You are busy with your team with so much things going on. In short, you don't have time to "train" from scratch.

How would you resolve this?
