Multivendor marketplace development

What is the best software to start a multivendor marketplace just like amazon or etsy? And with this software, would it be possible to save the code and eventually scale the business?

I have a low budget and very little coding experience but I am passionate about this idea.

I know of Sharetribe which is not very suitable for multivendor. I also know of Shopify, however, you have to use webkul and other apps to get it functioning. Maybe this is the best and most affordable way to start?
