Recommendations for inventory management web app.

I don’t know if this is the correct sub or not but I wanted to know your opinions.

I’m working on a project to create an inventory management system. I’ve got some experience using .NET with C#, SQL, Xamarin, and python3.

I wanted to ask what is the best plan of action for this kind of project? What are some other great programming languages, technologies, libraries, to learn? Is a web app better than iOS/Android app for this? Are there are some ways to figure proof to not be locked down?
