My company is creating a desktop app for a medical device. It will run on a dedicated laptop running a kiosk Linux OS. The app will connect wirelessly to the medical device, control the device, display images, collect patient info and store the images to a server. Which is a better choice: creating a web app using JavaScript, HTML, CSS and Electron or writing it in C++ and QT or is there a still better choice?
