I'm looking to talk to software engineers (both ICs and managers) about the process you go through when writing, maintaining and using documentation.

I'm a software developer and I'm looking to create a product that would reduce the complexity of having up-to-date internal documentation and I want to better understand people's current processes.

It would be a ~20min phone call and I'm looking for 10 people to talk to over the next week. All calls will be kept confidential.
