Color Grading adjustment finder?

Hi, I don't know how software development works so forgive me if this question is stupid, I was just wondering, would it be possible to make a software that can find the adjustments made to a photo or video when given the original media and the finished product? I just thought of this and wanted to know if it's possible, that's all, thanks.
