Just what the question asks: How would I "break into" a piece of software to examine its code? For example, let's say I wanted to view the code that makes up an Adobe product or even Mozilla Firefox. Not to steal the code or anything like that, but to help advance my skills as a software engineer by being able to read code and see how different features are implemented.
