Best place to find an app/ web platform

Hey all, Looking for the best place to develop an app/ web based app for real estate. We have a need for it and have the basis on what we need to get done.

Basics are data storage, map searches, skip tracing services, importing via csv, list stacking, filtering and cross reference of data, api integration abilities, export of data to csv, route optimization is most important, KPI tracking.

We are looking to pay well for whoever we bring on. We don’t expect it done in 3 weeks, we know it’s gonna take time. We are also looking to give partial equity in our company for long term support of the app as well.

Our goal is to compete with apps like PropStream/ BatchDriven. But better.
