Tools needed for my own music ai art generator?

Hi guys, I have this idea in my mind where I will feed the software a song and then make art out of it by using words from the song or words that are most commonly seen related to the song that can be scraped through the internet. I'm wondering what tools I will need for this software to be developed especially the software for generating art/
