Is it possible to create an app that can stream for multiple streaming platforms

I'm curious if it's possible to create a app that you can watch Netflix, YouTube, Amazon tv, apple tv, etc, all in on place?

I want a place that I can pull in kids content from all these platforms and be able to watch, filter and rate any video, inside this app.
