Need App development advice!!

Hi all. I’m looking to build a social media platform that will be supported on iOS, android, and browsers (mainly chrome, although would prefer to support as many as possible).

Is there any recommendations for how my tech stack should look? Can I use react native as a catch all for iOS, android, and browsers?

Or should I be using a combinations of languages for front end and backend development and what should they be?

If anyone responding could lay it out clearly on what should be used where, I’d really appreciate it because I’ve never developed my own application. Assume that I can work with any code language. Thank you in advance!!!!
