CEO says he wants quantity of features over quality of product

I manage a software team for a Salesforce like product. The mentality is absolutely sales driven and my team is 2nd class citizens. We work hard and know a lot of value we can chisel out of the product and UX but we are constantly pulled into meetings and asked to quickly drop in 3rd party api products throughout our product. They don’t care about planning, time for marketing or explaining to customer the new feature. The goal is to just get more sloppy tools into the salesman’s hands to talk about during the demo process. This frustrates my team, creates bugs, we get trashed talk for sloppy features, customer services gets frustrated but the CEO does not care, he’s says it’s fine and get it done. Anyone else dealt with this or have advice? Thanks.
