does full-stack mean it includes a DB?

I couldn't find a straight-forward answer on google but i thought all apps with a front-end and a back-end that does any sort of logic or interfacing with a library/api thing is a full-stack app. i built an app that interfaces with the car to show sensors on the GUI and i wanna call it a full-stack desktop app but i dont think i can because im not using a DB
