Should I ask for more work?

All my tasks are done or have a pull request. I have told my team that my tickets are all awaiting feedback/approval. Everyone is too busy to review my PRs or assign me new tasks?

Is this normal for my job to have nothing to do? I work from home and am tempted to just take off for the day or go nap.
