What are interviews like for jobs in the south/rural part of America?

Does anybody have any insight on what interviews are like for states like Alabama, Arkansas, Oklahoma etc?

I've got a few months of a bootcamp here in the south, and have had lots of networking with companies in my area. Most alumni I talk to say the interviews weren't as much leetcode/DSA but more so technical questions or really simple problems (like nested for loops). Anyone have experience with interviews in the south/any rural area? Is it less leetcode than higher populated areas?
