I actually need to name 2 Trainee Programms (for beginners and advanced people) to become a software developer at my company! Any funny or stupid ideas?

The sprint- trainee Programm (for advanced guys) The MVP- Trainee Programm ( for beginners)

The fine tuning trainee programm The noob- trainee Programm

Maybe u guy find something better 🙂
